I love all cheesy 80s movies (Teen Witch is my fave).

I don't know if this is dumb but I LOVE LOVE LOVE Napoleon Dynamite!

"I killed Liz.  I killed the teen dream.  Deal with it."  Love it!

This is my all-time favorite movie. "The cans! He hates the cans!" LOL

70s/80s comedies are the best...I also love Fletch and Fletch Lives. Oh, and Foul Play.

I also need to add Team America: World Police.  The theme song just kills me:  "America!  F*ck yeah!  Here we come to save the mother f*ckin' day, yeah!"  So ridiculous.

STANDS UP & SALUTES - I love that movie. I have to agree with whoever in the current events post said that is the only way I can think of Kim Jong Il as portrayed in this movie

This has been so fun.
I haven't seen a lot of these movies at all. (Jawbreaker?)
Or haven't seen them in a very long time. (Teen Witch, Adventure in BS)
I agree with so many of these that I forgot to mention too (What About Bob is one of my favs & I found it in the Wallyworld $5 bin!)

Ha! I laughed out loud when I read this.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun is my all-time favorite movie. I love it with a mad love.

And Clueless? Oh yeah. But it's not a stupid movie, for sure. It's really quite clever.

Teen Witch rocks. Period. I've been fascinated with voodoo dolls since I first saw that movie.

Troop Beverly Hills still cracks me up. "Patches, we don't need no stinkin' patches." Hee! "One bathroom for 9 girls? Yes!" (in reference to roughing it at the Beverly Wilshire)

I listen to the Team America soundtrack all the time while working on the computer. I love all the songs, especially the "End of an Act" song with that great line "I guess Pearl Harbor sucks just a little bit more than I miss you."

Coming to America is brilliant!

I also wanted to add:

The Money Pit
She-Devil
Harold and Kumar
I'm Gonna Git You Sucka
Wet Hot American Summer
and my most recent, Strangers with Candy, the Movie, which I saw last weekend and can't wait until its out on dvd so I can watch it again and again.

I love Overboard!  I use to watch it all the time!  Zoolander is great too.

My most embarrasing one is Camp Cucamonga:

Remember it has Jennifer Aniston and some of the biggest teen star's of 1990?

- Napoleon Dynamite

- Zoolander (I think this is one of the funniest movies ever!)

- Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle (there's going to be a sequel! Yay!)

- Legend (*sigh*, I miss pre-whacko Tom Cruise)

- National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation

- Weekend at Bernie's

- I don't put it in the "stupid" category, but I think a lot of people would: Monty Python and the Holy Grail.  I can pretty much recite most of the parts in this movie.

- and last but not least The Chronicles of Riddick (I think this goes in the category of "Movies you love but are ashamed to admit having seen them in the first place" )

Did anyone ever see My Father The Hero, with Katherine Heigl (from Grey's Anatomy) and Gerard Depardieu (sp?)? I used to love that move. She's 15 or something and goes on vacation with her dad and pretends that the dad is her boyfriend to impress this guy she's crushing on.
