I ordered a bathing suit from NN last month, and when it arrived it looked NOTHING like it did online, so I used their Smartlabel prepaid return sticker to send it back. Their website states that returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt. It's now been 4 weeks, so I emailed CS and included my cust. #, order #, return date, mode of purchase, etc.
I got back a form email, saying that returns are not processed for 4-6 weeks after reciept . They also informed me of my cust. # (which I had already given them!), told me it can take 2 billing cycles for my credit to appear, and told me I could check my order status online (which isn't true for returns!).
I replied and told them what their online policy was and informed them that it had been 4 weeks, I had already told them I used a debit card and therefore credits post as soon as they've been processed, and asked the status of my credit.
I got the same damn form email back AGAIN. And still no credit.
I am not happy. I'm afraid they're going to say they never received it and I'll never get my credit, even though I used their stupid prepaid label thing.

UGH!! I hate them and I HATE their bathing suits. They have the cheapest, crappiest bathing suits ever. I ordered a plain black one a year or so ago and it came and it was the oddest material for a bathing suit...and it was all wrinkled. Seriously, how do bathing suits wrinkle? that's when you know something's just not right with the material..
I'm sorry elle. Its places like that which make me use a cc on all online purchases so I can turn my cc company on them if they are taking too long to credit me.
