I can't believe a company would do that! I am seriously thinking about sending a letter. That is terrible customer service!

well, I don't have anything to prove that it was him, so I wouldn't complain about what we think might have been him posting. just seems very coincidental... who knows, maybe he told a friend about the site and they came on and posted - there's no way of knowing for sure. Plus - who do you think is going to get the complaint letter - probably Louis.

It's a good thought, but I'm not sure it will accomplish anything...
