has anyone had any problems contacting Magnolia Shoes? I've been trying to reach them regarding an order that I made yesterday (the zebra print round toe pumps) and I'm getting nothing! I've emailed three times and even called three times. I'm so annoyed and I'm feeling helpless!
I placed an order for the Zebra shoes, the order went through and then it said invalid order number, but they charged my bank account anyway!!!!!! I have not heard back from them...I have sent them numerous emails. Do you have the number to call...b/c at this point I am extremely pissed off!!!! I'm glad I am not the only one!
Whoa, are you ladies SERIOUS?! I hope they are just busy, and can't get back to you, I know a LOT of other ladies ordered from them as well. I was going to order myself, but held back.

they sent me an email saying one pair was cancelled. i kind of expected this to happen. not in a bad way, but the combination of everyone ordering + the fact that it was a weekend made me think that i might not end up with all the shoes i wanted.
For people whose orders didnt get cancelled.... About how long is it taking for them to be shipped out and delivered? Im anxious to recieve mine.

I dunno. I ordered mine on Friday 2/10, and got an e-mail confirmation that same day. I've heard nothing since but hope they'll be here sometime this week.
I saw that they had a blurb about the sale in Life & Style magazine, so I'm sure they working overtime right now.
I'm eager to see my new pretties, but not in any major hurry. Hubby already knows about this purchase, so I won't have any splainin' to do. *s*

I too got an email cancelling one of my shoes..the guy who sent the email, Louis Graci, was very sweet. It's for the best, though. I was going to get the red Audra flats and try and wedge my size 7.5 feet into that size in the pointy-toes.
Can you PM me with his email address so I can check on my shoes? They have taken payment, but I haven't received an email and now I'm curious! Thanks.

I ordered my on sat and I got a email giving a order number. I have not recieved any thing else about when they are shipping them. I sure I get them soon Iam wanting to wear them NOW

Editted to say that I did recieve a confirmation, just checked a different email address... So nevermind.

I have now officially sent 7 emails, called everyone in the directory and I have still not heard back...I really want the shoes, but more importantly I think they sold out and I will not be getting them...SO I WANT MY CARD REFUNDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Magnolia shoes are amazing and their customer service is top-notch. I've spoken with Louis and he is amazing. He always answers my questions in a professional manner. I'm sure they've been swamped with orders due to the sale, so my advice for you gals is to chill out -- I'm sure your shoes will arrive promptly!
