One of the necklaces I got had a broken bead, so I want to exchange it. According to their website, you're supposed to e-mail their customer service e-mail and tell them what you want to return. Then you're supposed to wait for confirmation, then mail it back. I contacted them yesterday and again today and they still have not contacted me. I just want to exchange my necklace! Anyone else ever had a problem?
yeah... i had the same exact thing happen to me. i received a broken, (and very cheap looking) necklace and e.mailed them that i'd like to return it. i then went on vacation and when i came back still hadn't heard back from them. i ended up calling them two weeks later since they were ignoring my e.mail (AND they don't list an 800# either so it's a long distance call outside of ny) and she told me to just package it up and return it with my reciept. i have to say that i'd be very suprised to even recieve my refund at this point. unfortuneately i had a lot of problems ordering from them as well. never again, never again.

Oh, that's really disappointing. I like the one necklace that I got from them and the other one is pretty, but it's broken.

i'm sorry, i guess my reply turned into a mini rant which i didn't intend. i ordered two necklaces and i do love, love, love the one that i kept and everything will be fine when i get my refund for the other. it's just been a tough experience with the absence of customer service to help me out with the troubles i've had ordering AND returning. anyway... thank you, diane. i will be contacting you if there are any further problems.
