I've finally been getting back into the gym! Yay! Also been trying to take in lot's of protien and keeping away from startchy carbs (except for my breakfast)

S: Egg White Omelet with Shredded Chicken and Tomotes
L: Tuna Fish on Green Pepper
S: Soy Nuts and Metrex Protien Shake
D: Plain Hamburger (no bun), Refried Beads, Steamed Broccoli
E: 30 Weights (Triceps and Chest) 30 Min on Treadmill- full incline
D: grilled chicken thigh & leg (I would have preferred white meat but ah well, it was a dinner party and I wasn't cooking), salad, brussel sprouts, 2 glasses wine, 1 pear
