morning ladies... well i finally went to the doctor & got antibiotics so i should be able to work out by the weekend!


b: puffed kashi, light silk (kinda gross), 1/2 banana


s: other 1/2 banana


l: veggie salad w/ italian dressing


s: yogurt


l: 6 piece chicken mcnuggets (i have class tonight & forgot to bring dinner!!

I've finally been getting back into the gym! Yay! Also been trying to take in lot's of protien and keeping away from startchy carbs (except for my breakfast)

B: Rolled Oats, Strawberries, Honey

S: Egg White Omelet with Shredded Chicken and Tomotes

L: Tuna Fish on Green Pepper

S: Soy Nuts and Metrex Protien Shake

D: Plain Hamburger (no bun), Refried Beads, Steamed Broccoli


E: 30 Weights (Triceps and Chest)
    30 Min on Treadmill- full incline

D: grilled chicken thigh & leg (I would have preferred white meat but ah well, it was a dinner party and I wasn't cooking), salad, brussel sprouts, 2 glasses wine, 1 pear

today was pretty bad, but I have to face the music.  tomorrow, I'm going to force myself back on track!


b: ww bagel with sundried tomato cream cheese


l: indian buffet lunch... too good to feel any guilt about


s: chocolate chip cookie at going away party, I avoided the cake!


d: ended up being popcorn and luna bar


e: crunch & burn pilates and choose your spot pilates videos
