I shouldn't have started this post because I've eaten terribly today but I feel a little confession is good for the soul. Plus I had too, too many drinks last night (and no dinner) so I needed hangover food. Right??
B: Croissant sandwich with bacon & hasbrowns & orange juice from Burger King.
L: mac 'n cheese & some green peas
S: string cheese & 100 calorie pack (like I need the extra 100 calories)
Alright, 2nd post in one of these threads, and I don't think I was too bad today (or any other day)
B: 16 oz skim latte 2 eggs, scrambled
L: 2/3 of a HUGE burrito (flour tortilla, white rice, black beans, salsa, tbsp sour cream, and some mozzarella). I do mean huge too--it's like a 6"long X 3"wide X 3"high burrito; packed full too
D: Chicken breast marinated in italian dressing and grilled on the George Foreman 2 white dinner rolls w/real butter 1 cup 1% milk
Still within my calorie limit! Yay!
