Where are all my ladies???


I shouldn't have started this post because I've eaten terribly today but I feel a little confession is good for the soul. Plus I had too, too many drinks last night (and no dinner) so I needed hangover food. Right??


B: Croissant sandwich with bacon & hasbrowns & orange juice from Burger King.


L: mac 'n cheese  & some green peas


S: string cheese & 100 calorie pack (like I need the extra 100 calories)


D: 2 spring rolls & some tofu & vermicelli


E: 30 cardio & legs

I was a lean, mean, carb-eating machine yesterday - today, back on track!


B:  Cheerios, coffee, banana


S:  2 oatmeal-raisin cookies


L:  Turkey on a WW bagel w/ FF cream cheese, yogurt


D:  Chicken quesadillas (sp?) w/ corn & black beans, brown spanish rice, homemade fruit compote for dessert


E:  Squats, 30 min walk

e: ran for 2 miles


b: eggs, raisin brand cereal with skim milk, grape juice and a muffin


l: small caramel frappacuino light bad i know, but i wasn't really hungry


d: no idea as BF isn't home from haircut yet but i am hoping for a salad and sub from our little italian pizza place in town!

Alright, 2nd post in one of these threads, and I don't think I was too bad today (or any other day)

B: 16 oz skim latte
2 eggs, scrambled

L: 2/3 of a HUGE burrito (flour tortilla, white rice, black beans, salsa, tbsp sour cream, and some mozzarella). I do mean huge too--it's like a 6"long X 3"wide X 3"high burrito; packed full too

D: Chicken breast marinated in italian dressing and grilled on the George Foreman
2 white dinner rolls w/real butter
1 cup 1% milk

Still within my calorie limit! Yay!

Exercise: 30 mins Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 1
60 crunches
25 "superman" move (http://www.xcskiworld.com/training/Drills/Superman.htm)

b: ww english muffin, pb & jam, cottage cheese, coffee


s: banana


l: lf shrimp louie salad from Trader Joe's, soy crisps, small wedge of dark chocolate


s: apple, fun size pb M&Ms, luna bar pre and post work out


d: 2 glasses of wine, too many chips and bean dip, picked at my chicken fajitas in the end


e: 1 hour cardio/weights class, very hard... gonna be sore tomorrow
