where are you girls today?!


B: coffee


L: leftover chicken and eggplant from PFChangs (5 points)


D: spinach quesadilla w/FF cheese.


S: baby carrots and FF onion dip.


E: back in the groove. 40 minutes cardio and arms.


ok, what the heck smily thing is this?! lol!

L:  Low carb and LF grilled chicken wrap and salad from my gym's cafe


D:  LF Chili Cheese dogs!! 


W:  15 minutes cardio and 1 hour weight training.

L: 1.5 cups w/w pasta with tomato sauce (pure tomatoes, not oil), cheese stick


S: baked Lays, 100 calorie pack, green apple


D: more w/w pasta with tomato sauce


E: 30 minutes cardio & arms

i was bad bad bad today!


e: ran 2 miles


b: oatmeal with fresh blueberries and orange juice


l: 2 square slices of pizza


d: chicken alfredo from olive garden!!!

baaaad ritz... it is finals week, does that count as an excuse?


b: 3/4 blueberry muffin (big bad one from a coffee shop), iced soymilk latte with sugarfree hazelnut


l: about a billion triscuits and salsa, diet dr. pepper


s: cliff peanut butter and chocolate chip bar


d: small w/w pita pizza- pita with olive oil, arabiatta sauce, and mozz/parm mix, diet coke. the pita was too small im still hungry!


s: more pizza? ack! or fruit.. or both!


no exercise.. thank god for only 3 more days of this qtr!
