I got my internet hookup this morning!!! Now I can get on here like I use to do. Haven't been eating that healthily lately like I should but I did start exercising again this week and doing pretty good. I didn't realize how fast I could get out of shape.
B: small bagel with ICBINB, chocolate milk (low fat)
b: toast fixed open face with a piece of colby cheese and an egg
l: prolly a "box lunch" from heavenly ham- yup this is what i had. it contained: chicken salad on a croissant, cole slaw, choc. chip cookie and a diet coke
d: not sure what our plans are for tonight- we may be going to the fair and if so... watch out! funnel cakes here i come!
Harumph. I look at everyones responses every day and think "Hmm, I'll try and be better tomorrow and then I'll post." Yeah, I haven't posted in weeks!
FWIW, I'm down 11 lbs. from what I weighed at my doctors appt in March, the last 3-4lbs of which I can contribute to a recent bout with the flu. Only 5 more lbs to go!
B: Coffee with FF/SF whipped cream, yogurt
L: Turkey on WW, apple with SF chocolate sauce
D: ? might go out - will try to be good!
E: Either a 40 min walk before dinner, or 40 min walk to/from dinner

wow, congrats, LMonet!! you're doing great, keep it up! me, on the other hand, ate FOUR ice cream snickers bars last night!! yes, FOUR! at 180 cals each! but then i went to take my pill & realized it's probably PMS so i'll just promise to do better next week, i can't be held responsible for hormonal cravings!!
