Just finished my presentation (recorded) for my online business communications class... phew!!  now i won't have any excuse to eat candy so i really gotta stick to this eating plan!!


b: puffed kashi, blueberries, silk


s: nectarine, 3-5 snickers bites (can't remember, they were stress induced)


l: chicken sandwich on ww, carrot


s: yogurt


d: turkey burger, popsicle (didn't eat my popsicle yesterday since i ate candy, but i think i'm gonna eat one tonight)


e: i'm gonna stay a lil late at work but after i will do 3-5 sets of stairs, depending on how hot it is.

Evening!  I really don't wanna post but I guess I better start being accountable!


B: starbucks mint mocha frapp at home


L: homemade pasta with a turkey meatball


S: homemade trail mix


D: unsure right now.  Probably will be digging in the refrig again.


Crystal- I was thinking about you this weekend when I was watching on foodnetwork "The Secret Life of Cereal" because they went to the Kashi plant.  When they were showing how they made the cereals there I thought of you.

breakfast: cinnamon and spice oatmeal


lunch: celery and pb, chips and salsa, diet coke with splenda, 5 jordan almonds


dinner: pb on wheat, 5 pizza rolls


e: 15 min elliptical, 20 bike, 10 rowing, abs

Crystal - what counts as a "set" of stairs for you?


B: 2 pieces wheat bread, 2 tablespoons whipped pb


S: 2 little tootsie rolls, 2 small packages of sweet-tarts, 2 pieces of bit-o-honey (ouch! work sucks doesn't it?)


L: left-over eggplant linguini with maranara sauce


S: cheese stick


D: spring rolls & sandwich from whole foods (i think)


E: 20 minutes bike, 10 minutes elliptical, arms & abs

b: 1/2 bagel with "the vauche qui rit" (or laughing cow) cheese


s: granola bar


d: tomato pasta with shrimp, asparagus, romaine lettuce & rasberry martini & coffee


e: 20 mins on the precor machine and weights for 20 mins
