Just finished my presentation (recorded) for my online business communications class... phew!! now i won't have any excuse to eat candy so i really gotta stick to this eating plan!!
b: puffed kashi, blueberries, silk
s: nectarine, 3-5 snickers bites (can't remember, they were stress induced)
l: chicken sandwich on ww, carrot
s: yogurt
d: turkey burger, popsicle (didn't eat my popsicle yesterday since i ate candy, but i think i'm gonna eat one tonight)
e: i'm gonna stay a lil late at work but after i will do 3-5 sets of stairs, depending on how hot it is.

Crystal- I was thinking about you this weekend when I was watching on foodnetwork "The Secret Life of Cereal" because they went to the Kashi plant. When they were showing how they made the cereals there I thought of you.
