shopchicago33, I think if you are thin with small hips, the elles will look great on you.  I saw them last week on a girl who was pretty hippy and they were NOT flattering on her at all, so maybe everyone else is trying to save you from that.  But with your body type it sounds like the Elles will be hot!  If you are unsure though, you should probably return and get the ingrids elsewhere.  No point in owning a pair of (expensive) jeans you're not happy with!

ejc423, thanks for your words of encouragement!  I decided that I love my new Elles and they look good on me, so I'm keeping them!!! 


I think that I would really like to own a pair of Ingrids in addition to the Elles, so I think next time I get paid I will splurge on a pair
