I twelfth street. It's always been very comfortable and not fussy but still very very cool. I think it's worth every cent if you love it, plus it does look really expensive and unique. Get it!

(actually I'm kicking myself damn hard for not getting this twelfth street 3/4 coat in eggplant wool that I visited at this store at least 10 times that was $127 (down from $495)...and then the 11th time I went it and had the resolve to get it...it was gone! gah!)

Lilykind I'm so sorry about your loss! I really feel for you! I think everyone on this forum can relate to that exact situation.

Okay, since we love it I'm going to get it. The wedding is going to be super casual... I'm not sure what time the ceremony is, but I'm sure we'll be going out alot and if I don't wear it for the wedding I'll definitely wear it out for something else. I hope the store still has it.

Maddie - I love T-strap sandals like that! I think I may have to get those to match.

itsapinkthing - Thanks so much for posting that pic. It definitely helped with my decision.

dot, I just wanted to say that I tried this dress on in plum today and I'm convinced that it will look gorgeous on anyone. The fabric is actually a bit glittery. I have the exact opposite body of the model (curvy, petite) and the star didn't look funny at all. I found it for around $65 at Ron Herman in Beverly Hills (and since I don't need it, I didn't buy it...but I'll probably be weeping about it within the next few months). They had the dress left in S and L in plum.

And wear the dress with pride!
