i think it has potential to be cute with a beater or other simple tank.  however, i am also concerned that the length might be a bit awkward.  i'd like it better if it was about 2 inches shorter.

I love the design but the skirt itself seems a bit much to pull off. I would prefer it in a different, lighter weight fabric. I would wear a simple tank or cap sleeve tee with it.
