Once you subscribe, you tell the website where you shop for groceries and toiletries. Then, you buy the Sunday paper every week and clip and save all the coupons. The people at The Grocery Game watch the sales, and tell you when to combine your coupons with the sales for the best deals. I did it for a couple weeks, and I did save a ton of money, but I eventually gave it up because it didn't seem practical for me as someone who lives alone (plus, it requires a bit of stockpiling while things are on sale, which was difficult for me because I lived in a very small apartment at the time with very little storage room). I have friends who do it religiously and they save a ton on their grocery bill, like 60%.
