I just saw this on the news last night, if anyone shopped there late last year, keep an eye on your accounts!

Yep. My bank called me Wednesday to let me know that my card has been "compromised."  I shopped at TJ Maxx last Saturday. They canceled my card immediately, and are sending me a new one. What really sucks is that I live 4 hours from my bank and now have to find some place to cash a check so that I can have some money!! (I carry no cash).

it isn't just TJMaxx...apparently there were a couple stores included in this, but the only one I remember is Homegoods. My BF didn't even get a call or anything to tell him about it. He went out to get us lunch and when the lady scanned his card, it was denied and came up with a message "Lost or Stolen Card." He had to call his bank in order to be told that they cancelled his account. So we didn't get food and now he has no money because the bank is closed today and tomorrow, and doesn't carry cash!
