Breakfast:

SBD bar (3 points)

 

Lunch:

Panera onion soup and baguette (same old thing) (7.5)

Snack:

Rice cakes (2)

Skinny Cow (2)

 

Dinner:

Sante Fe Salad from Max and Erma's-16

Had to use some of "banked points" today!

 

No exercise!

b: yogurt with fiber (2 pts), coffee (1 pt), high fiber toast (0 pts)

l: jason's deli, so probably a veggie sandwich of some sort and fruit

s: fruit and cottage cheese (2 pts)

d: not sure yet

 

e: probably just walking for 30 min.

 I ran for 20  minutes yesterday which is the first in a LONG time so I want to take it easy today to avoid any injuries!
