make sure you got/paid your Jan. statement. I just realized that I never got one and one never showed up on my online account. I called and was told that due to a "computer glitch" a bunch of statements were never processed last month. Apparently it's just up to use to realize we never got one...so you might want to double check and have them reverse any fees they might have put on there if you didn't pay on time (the lady was really nice when I called and let me pay by phoen for free and took off the late charges).
The same thing happened to me! I paid my bills and then looked back and wondered why I had extra $ left over and saw why! I hope this doesn't affect our credit scores, I would be livid.
