I'd try a 1/2 size up. I'm usually a 7, but the 7s were unbearably tight on me. The 7.5 fit fine.

I don't have those Seychelles shoes, but I have four other pairs of their shoes and I found all of them to run large. I wear a 6.5 in most shoes and I had to get a 6 each time.
