I haven't seen it but I would guess that it was made by Sweet Pea.  I have 4 of their shirts and they are pretty nice.  I think the brand is a tad over priced for the shirts and I try to buy on sale or at the outlets.  They have held up fairly well over the years.  You do have to watch the sheerness factor.  I tend to get the ones with prints or in dark colors so that I don't have to really worry about which undergarments I am wearing...  Bluefly, Saks, and Nordstrom sells that brand as well - just an fyi.
