Morning.  The weather is nasty here so I get to stay home from work!  woo hoo!


B: banana bread oatmeal, 1 banana, 1 cup skim milk ~6 pts


L: grilled cheese ~4 pts, potato soup ~3 pts


S: 1 cup cherries ~ 1pt


D: Chicken coucous made from a recipe on the back of a far east coucous mix.  5.5 pts, fresh fruit 4 pts

Lunch:  slow cooked chicken w/ mushrooms

Breakfast: Carnation instant breakfast


Snack: Hawaiian sweet Maui onion chips.  Yum! Can't stop eating them.  Each chip is my *last one* but I reopen the bag!
