I have been so irritated about missing out on this yellow jacket that was on JCrew websit that I emailed them last night about it.  They said that it was not on the website anymore because it was only available in limited quantities and they gave me a number to call.  Also they said that it is coming out in their stores in Feburary.  I just called them and they had some available.  I wasn't sure of the size so I ordered both a S and a M.  The guy I talked to, Eric, was so nice.  He said since I wasn't sure about what size, he gave me free shipping and at the end of the call he said that since I had been such a good customer he had upgraded my shipping to free overnight shipping.  I signed up for the JCrew credit card because it gave me 10% off.  Now I am not sure if I will lose the 10% when I mail the jacket back that didn't work;, nevertheless, I am not having to pay shipping.
