I am trying to be healthier and maybe lose a little weight so I'm gonna start participating.  Also I'm trying not to eat out so this will help a lot.


B: Kashi cereal


L: salad with grilled chicken on it (made it at home).


S: celery - for me the crunch is the most satisfying part


D: No clue.  I'm gonna be really rushed for time tonight so let's just hope I eat healthy and don't go get Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich.


E: Tonight is weights

Breakfast:  Cream of Wheat (2 points)


Lunch: Bob Evans Hash Browns (11 points)


Snack: Birthday cake icing again (damn it!) (2 points) and apples (2)


Dinner: Dream Dinner's Apples and Pork Chop (7) and salad (2)


Worked out on elliptical for 40 minutes.


Drank 4 bottles of water.

B:  Wheat toast with butter, coffee with french vanilla coffeemate (270)


S:  Granola bar (180)


L:  Ham sandwich, 100 cal sunchips (400)


D:  Don't know. 


E:  Abs class tonight.  I'm sort of dreading it because it totally kicked my butt last week.  I may also do a half hour incline walk, depending on how I feel following the class.

Jahni- your lean cuisines for breakfast crack me up!  Of course, I can't talk, I have a smoothie EVERY single morning.


B: smoothie (4 tps)

L: chickpea soup (6 pts) grapes (1 pt)

D: salmon (8 pts) some sort of veggie (0 pts) and some cous cous (3 pts)

haha i know, i get stuck in eating cycles. I hate traditional breakfast foods too, so l/c's make it easy for me. Nothing like turkey and dressing with spiced apples for breakfast!

I think that's good! You're only supposed to lose 1-2 lbs per week... so you're right on schedule

I was really bad over the weekend and I'm not even making up for it today.  I got my nails done at lunch - so no exercise for me....

Lunch: pork pita sandwich, made by me

Oh dear.  I haven't been very good, I'm afraid.


B:  Cereal w/ soy milk, cafe americano, orange juice


S:  Green tea and a small slice of cheesecake.  It was absolutely unnecessary.  It was a coworker's birthday.


L:  Turkey wrap on a tortilla w/ pesto and cheese, Perrier


S:  Apple, yogurt, bread, cheese


D:  Grilled chicken on a salad, 1 shot of whiskey over ice

I quit doing these for a couple days becaue my eating was atrocious. But today I actually had the willpower to throw out a bag half-full of Cheetos...so perhaps I can handle this again without such shame.

B: Quaker Oatmeal-to-go, Cheerios, milk
L: frosted mini wheats, peppermint tea, cheetos
D: small fries, fruit and yogurt parfait
S: strawberries, green tea

E: none... I had a really stressful day so I'm just watching a movie tonight.
