I'm officially in now.  I joined Weight Watchers this morning!

Breakfast:  Coffee, Kashi Heart to Heart cereal w/ nf milk


Snack:  1/2 Luna bar


Lunch:  Chicken breast slow cooked w/ mushrooms


Snack:  Other 1/2 Luna bar & apple


Dinner:  Chicken Andouille Sausage and 1 serving Terra chips


Exercise:  Rolling hill climb on treadmill and strength training

Back on the wagon. The last 3 days of my vacation were baaaaad (mostly from alcohol).

b - 2 granola bars

l - tuna & 21 fat-free pringles

s - fresh strawberries, 1.5 cups

second s - 7 more pringles

d - chicken salad

ex - 30 min walk

I love love it that Moroccan chick peas soup!  Yummy!  I was kinda scared to eat it because of the cinnamon (I've never had cinnamon is a savory dish) but I'm in love.  Thanks so much for posting those soup recipes.  We must have similar taste because I've loved both the recipes!

I basically just ate small meals all day so there wasn't really a breakfast/lunch/dinner thing going on. Here's what I had:

- Bagel and low-fat cream cheese (450)
- handful of granola (150)
- crackers and brie (400?)
- smart ones dessert (170)
- few baby carrots (50)
- lean cuisine deep dish pizza (400)

Total: 1620
