Iam looking for a green top that I can wear this skirt and belt like in the pic. However Iam not finding to many for under 60.00. Could this one work from VS ? or do I need the shape like the cardigan. I like the cardigan but wanted to find some a little cheaper. Thanks

I don't think you need a cardigan at all -- a blouse with a collar or tie at the neck would also look nice in my opinion. I like the top you've found.

The one from VS would look very cute with that skirt! I think pretty much any kind of top would go with it, since it's so simple and chic.
