not trying to hijack, but I tried on the black patent yesterday -- they are SO cute but were tight on my wide toes. The leather was comfortable, though. Has the patent stretched at all for you?

No, it haven't stretched out at all for me, I own them for abt 2.5 months now.

Halleybird, I've only worn mine once, so obviously they haven't stretched yet. I don't have a problem w/them being too tight though.

I have the beginnings of a bunion on the side of my right foot , so I have a hard time with stiff shoes. Booo. The black leather just aren't the same!

I have more than the beginning of a bunion on my right foot and the beginning of one on my left so I feel your pain. I've made it my mission this year to only buy soft leather shoes, no more pain for me.
