Where to find this style of jeans

Now I know this outfit isn't the greatest... But I really like the style of jeans and am looking for a pair for spring/summer.


Where could I find this style of jeans and do you think they would still be flattering even if you don't have super long skinny legs like paris?  Im worried they may make me short and not very elongating?  But I love the style.
