L:  Special K meal bar (180).  Not exactly what i wanted but I'm parked in BFE and I forgot to bring lunch today.

E:  None, because I was still in pain from Tuesday's workout!

i feel like i'm coming down with something....my entire office is infested with germs, plus the family is sick too---its just a matter of time!


b: ate half of my kashi oatmeal--tossed the rest because i couldnt choke it down.  decided to get a soy latte, and drink a can of amy's organic no chicken noodle soup..mmm!


l: Thai Basil Chow Fun, but I immediately put half of it in a box so I wouldnt over eat.

Breakfast:  Oatmeal, splurged on a latte w/ nf milk and sugar free vanilla


Lunch:  Salad w/ grilled salmon and vinaigrette dressing


Dinner:  Slow cooked chicken w/ black beans and corn


No snacks today, I wasn't hungry between meals, which is really unusual for me.


Exercise:  Strength training and long walk w/ the dog.

E: 1 hour dance class - I took pilates for the first time (i know!) yesterday and yikes! My core is seriously weak and I can't imagine ever being in a place where putting my feet over my head like that would come in handy.

I feel like I need to join these -- hope you don't mind! I'm not trying to lose weight per se (although that five pounds would always be nice! ha), but I really want to commit to eating more healthfully, nutritiously and getting back on track with exercise in 2007.

L: Leftover Pad Thai w/ Tofu

D: Moroccan Chickpea/Lentil Soup (that I am obsessed with)

Vacation is killing me! I really miss my granola bars; can't find anything healthy here.

b - fiber cereal

s - animal crackers, plus one mini-pack of "recreo" cookies

l - teryaki chicken & about 1/3 cup of fried rice

d - ??

ex. - walking the mall...for about 3 hours. Now I'm off to walk the beach. It's better than nothing! :)
