What To Try To Remove Self Tanner
Permalink Closed

I'm packing my hospital bag and when I pulled out my favorite robe I saw that it had been "stained" on the inside by my self tanner.  Since it's already set in, there may not be anything I can do to save it but I want to try.  Any suggestions??  It's white with a red trim so maybe a colorsafe bleach???

I have 6 weeks left, but the Dr. thinks it may be sooner - we'll see!

I would try a color safe bleach, I mean what do you have to lose at this point.  I can't believe it's almost time for your baby to come... I can't wait to find out what you have.  You need to post a finished pic of the nursery.

I can't wait either! I have no clue at this point if it's a boy or girl.  My husband and Mom say Girl (may be wishful thinking) but I hear more Boy votes then Girl.  They all base it on how I'm carrying.  The funny thing is none of them are consistant.  Some will say, you're carrying high - its a boy and some will say, you're carrying low - it's a boy.  So it sounds like they're all confused! I'm carrying low now but that's expected at this point.

So I'm clueless!

The nursery has been done for months now.  The only think I'm missing is the soft tie up shade I'm having made and it should be done within the next week.  I LOVE it.  It's the best room in the house!! I can't stay out of there.  I'll post complete pics ASAP!

Oh, I'm going to try the colorsafe bleach tonight - thanks!

glad to hear you're doing so well.  i can't even tell you how special and magical it was when i helped deliver my first "surprise gender" baby.  the feeling that overcame me (no relation to the parents) was unreal.  i called everyone i knew right after!

i am sooo sooo excited for you.  take care of yourself and post updates once in a while.
