Nieves Lavi Sizing?

Anybody know how Nieves Lavi runs? There's a top that I like on shopbop and I don't know whether to go for a small or a medium. I'm a 6 -- so with places like JCrew or Banana or Gap I'm a small but sometimes with more upscale brands I'm a medium.

Here's the top -- I realize it's unusual, but I really like it despite the bad model pose!

i normally wear an 8 or 10 depending on the brand, and i have a skirt that's a 10 from this brand and it fits perfectly. i would call it tts for upscale, but maybe a tad bigger than most upscale brands are.

i hope that made sense. i think this is the kind of top, though, that i wouldn't want super huge because it is already made big.
