Breakfast:  None - I have a Dr's appt this morning and I'm supposed to fast.  I hate it.


Snack:  Banana, Oatmeal - more of a late breakfast


Lunch:  Slow cooked chicken w/ black beans and corn


Snack:  Apple and 1/2oz pistachios


Dinner:  Not sure yet.


Exercise:  Hill climb on treadmill.

L: shredded wheat 'n bran cereal - about 2.5 cups (probably won't eat it all at once) and 1.5 cups milk (550 calories)


D: hmmm... need something with veggies. Not sure what.


E: Debating doing either Pilates or running at the gym (depends on my time available because I'm going to a show later this evening).

b - fiber cereal

s - 1 small box of animal crackers

s - 8 twizzlers

l - (v. late lunch) - small quesadilla and cerveza (light)

d - sushi (yay) + 4 glasses of wine (boo). Met DH and his work folks after dinner...alcohol just kills my points!

I am finding it hard to eat well here on vacation. I remembered to pack my fiber cereal but forgot my granola bars, and everything else I can find is more points. Yesterday was a mess - hot dogs, trail mix and twizzlers at the airport, room service (which was terrible) for dinner...I had no idea that regular hot dogs are 8 pts. each!

Anyway, today I'm doing somewhat better but I haven't had dinner yet and am already at 19 points. My daily allottment is 20...but I did work out at the health club (4 pts subtracted) and also walked my ass off in Old San Juan. So hopefully it will balance out!

L: chicken cashew ding. I did NOT learn my lesson yesterday when it made me feel gross. I've been regretting it ever since
S: half a chocolate bar
D: Cheerios and a banana because I still feel bad from my chinese today
Weird time for a snack: small piece of chocolate bake thing a friend brought me back from Japan
BB: green tea, yogurt

E: does walking around the mall this afternoon count? I'll probably also do yoga before bed if I have time

Atlgirl--I'm impressed with your dedication to post on vacation!  I certainly couldn't do it! 


B:  High fiber cereal, dates, cafe americano


S:  Yogurt, green tea


L:  2 pieces of leftover pizza (thin crust w/ bruschetta topping, goat cheese and kalamata olives...not too bad or greasy), diet coke


S:  Cheese, apple


D:  Shrimp and tofu w/ asparagus and red bell pepper over noodles, 1 beer


E:  None.  Oops.
