I got this for 20.00 at Banana because the color is perfect for me but I have no clue what to wear it with and for the office I need some sleves.  Would it work with something over/under it or is it not worth it and should be taken back.  TIA! You all give the best advice!

I would return it. It looks like if you were to wear a cardi over it, it would look too bunchy underneath it at the sleeve area.

Can you wear it with a thin, long-sleeved tee under it (at my office that would be ok)?

You could maybe wear a cute blazer over it.Or a thin long sleeve top or tee under it.
