I think she deserves a very formal "proper" name, and then shorten it for a nickname...

Maybe "Lady Isabella of [town or county you are from, or she was born in] and then call her Bella for short.

It's pronounced "Johnny," like the boys name....but spelled like an Indian Zuchini.

Awwww - she is going to be adorable.  I love the name Marley, because my brother in law has an awesome cat named Marley!

Dh and I name pets after musicians - our cats are Dylan (Bob) and Holly (Buddy).  Holly is a girl, but it works out well!

I have always been a fan of Lola and Nola for doggies.

I also like:

Layla

Petra - was mentioned and I loved it!!

Sabine - she just looks like a Sabine to me and you can call her Bean!

I love vizslas - super adorable and smart.

As soon as I saw the pictures, the first name that popped into my head was "Gretchen".  Not sure why - but I think it's sweet and befitting.

So I've named all our pets:

Bailey

Remy

Chloe

Kobe

Nori

Coco

Bella and Marley are popular names. I know a dog that looks like yours named Bella, and my mom has a cat named Marley. I knew a great dane named Harley, I thought that was cool, and a choclate lab named Floyd. And I always liked "Ladybird" from King of the Hill.

But I know, this is a girl dog. I like:

- Molly

- Emma

- Maggie

- Katie

- Sadie

-Sophie

-Lucy

The puppy in the picture looks like a Shelly to me. Of the names you mentioned, I like Marley. I can't wait to see pictures when she arrives, whatever her name will be!!

I the name Marley, but thats cause its my 11 year olds sons name!   We have great taste!

your dog is going to be adorable!

you gotta think of places, people, and foods you both love and name her after that. My little son watches this show and the boy in it has an adorable hamster that he named Elephant. I think that so cute!

Definately let us know on what you decide!
