I have always loved the speedy and just saw this one on eluxury in canvas for $595.  Has anyone seen this IRL? Opinions? TIA

I know a lot of the girls on here own Speedys, so they can be more helpful. But I've looked at them in person, and I love them. I would like to buy one sometime in the near future. It's just such a classic. You can't go wrong with a Speedy, IMO.

I have the Speedy 30 and have carried it religiously since August. I love it. It's as casual or as dressy as I want it to be. I wear it with sweats or work clothes. Like wetbandit said several girls on here own it and I don't know that I've read about someone who was unhappy with it.

I've got the 30 and love it!  It's goes well with my whole wardrobe and I swear it's indestructible.

i have the 25 in damier canvas bc esp with the speedy lots of people have fakes and i go through different phases of that bothering me and not. but i love mine! Agreed with CarrieS about it being indestructible...my bf tells me i shouldnt be anything nearly that expensive bc i always end up spilling makeup/food/whatever on my things. well, just my luck - the bronzer on one of my makeup pallets broke and spilled all over the inside, and the only way i could clean it was to turn the whole bag inside out and then back again...and it still looks beautiful. sturdy and it will always be a classic!

I know I shouldnt care what everyone else thinks but I see sooo many fakes and I can imagine walking past someone and them going "oh that is a fake" because a lot of people just assume they all are.  But I love it and I don't believe in fake bags haha.

I have a momogram Speedy 25. I know there are lots of fakes. but I carry mine proudly because I know it's real. People who know and love purses will know yours is real as well.


If you're worried about the fakes thing, what about the damier Speedy? those chocolate handles are sooooo yummy!

I love it.  I have the batignolles horizontal and the mini crescent bag.  The canvas is so easy to care for - I've literally spilled a latte all over it and it was totally fine!

I totally agree (except mine is a 30). I saw a woman the other night with a fake one... it had metal feet on the bottom.
