This is my last post here for a bit - we're off to Puerto Rico this morning. So...wish me luck for trying not to descend into vacation eating madness. :)

rest of day - ??? I will try my hardest not to buy "bad" snacks at the airport!

Ooh!  Have fun in Puerto Rico!  Take lots of pics. 


B:  High fiber cereal, 5 dates, orange juice, cafe americano


S:  Yogurt, apple, green tea


L:  Ham sandwich, water


S:  Dry cereal, dried apples, almonds, water


D:  Tilapia of some sort.  Will update later.

I lost 2.6 this week!


B: smoothie (4 pt)


s: south beach diet bar (2 pt)


L: lentil and brown rice soup (5 pt), grapes (1 pt)

D: Cheesy tortilla pizza (9 pts)


Exercise: 3 mile run (4 ap)

I lost 2lbs this week.  Woot!  Woot!


Altgirl - Have a great time in Puerto Rico!


Breakfast:  coffee, lf yogurt w/ granola and strawberries


Snack:  1/2 luna bar


Lunch:  Out to lunch w/ a friend - 1/2 cheeseburger w/ bun and mashed potatoes


Dinner:  Probably leftover 1/2 cheeseburger from lunch and a small spinach salad


Exercise:  Strength training day.

l: turkey on ww with mustard, small bowl of veggie soup, sugar free pudding


d: salmon with spinach


e: walk at lunch, 30 mins on treadmill after work, which equals out to a 2 mile walk/run for me, hey--better than nothing!

yay to all the "losers" out there.  Keep up the hard work.


B: Kashi GLC with 3/4 cup fresh strawberries and 1/2 c skim milk ~3.5 pts


L: Turkey & Venison Sasauge & Cheddar Broccoli Rice ~7pts
    blackberry ff yogurt ~2 pts


S: sf/ff strawberry jello ~0 pts
    1 cup grapes ~ 1 pt


D: Fruity Pork Chops  ~ 6 pts  Slow cooker recipe to follow in food area tonight
    More Fresh Fruit ~ 2 pts
    Maybe some frozen peas and carrots or just carrots ~ 0pts

E: unsure.  I might go right after work for 30 mins since I used the slow cooker last night and dinner is made

Congrats girls!  I haven't lost but at least I didn't gain anything, that's the main goal right now


B:  Fiber Cereal & milk


S:  large banana


L: 1 cup rice w/ 1 zucchini and 2 tbsp balsamic


S: apple


D: 1 taco and large salad.  That's the plan anyway!


E: 20 min. pilates, 15 minutes on stationary bike.

Congrats to all the 'losers'!


B:  raisin bran w/ff milk, hardboiled egg white, coffee


L:  homemade split pea soup, cheese stick, nectarine


S:  diet cream soda, mango


D:  homemade pizza (tomato sauce, carmelized onions, roasted red peppers, olives, goat cheese, rosemary), and a big salad


E:  none - still repulsively sore abs from pilates.  Priming the bathroom tonight though, so that's good for the arms at least!

B: cinnamon toast crunch, piece of chocolate, and 10 cheetos puffs
L: I'm hoping to get some cashew chicken from my favorite chinese place... my class ends at 6:45 and I have to walk past it to get home...so I forsee myself stopping in there :)
D: piece of chocolate, green tea, a fruit smoothie and a small bit of cereal... like out of a drinking glass

E: yoga tape right before I go to bed, maybe a walk around my neighborhood tonight, too. Depends on how brave I am... sometimes my neighborhood isn't the best past dark!



ETA: I wanted to start doing these because my diet is atrocious, but now I just feel bad admitting all the crap I put into myself! I hope I'm not derailing anyone with cheetos temptation or something...I'm just trying to berate myself!

Edited again because I feel sooo gross after that cashew chicken, I needed to modify my dinner!

I've lost 2 pounds too!


B - protein shake


S - skipped it :(


L - tortilla (whole wheat) filled with this black bean, tomato and (super) spicy yogurt dip, and some peanuts and a vruit juice box


S - none, again. oops!


D - The YUMMIEST couscous with summer squash, zuchini and red peppers plus some tomato, green onion and parsley.


BB - herbal tea
