I've been bad... with gift cards burning a hole in my pocket and the BR sale... too much stuff!
I got:
BR leather trench coat, BR black wool coat, BR black cashmere cardigan, BR brown cashmere cardigan, BR oatmeal toggle sweater, BR cold weather accessories (a cashmere hat, a wool cap and suede/wool gloves).

A trench from Club Monaco that is on page 2 of their lookbook but I can't copy the pic. for some reason. It's a classic wool trench with some lace trim - really cute and basic, with a twist given by the lace detail.

This baby, to tote my laptop around (hope it's not too heavy)....


These shoes, in black (but I'm tempted to pick up the brown ones too). They are comfier than they look, and so my quest for basic black platforms finally came to an end!


Some Juicy knee-high boots I can't find a photo of either; they're black leather, rubber heel, corset lacing in back (these might go back though).

I had a return at Old Navy so I picked these up for my trip to Mexico next month.  They are super comfy so I may return and get another color.  On a good note: the return was more than the shoes cost so I am actually in the black after the purchase.  Hooray!!

I am quite excited about this. It's a VHS from like 13 years ago, but I have the "beginner" video and can't get enough of it, even though it's pretty cheesy

$170 off? Are iPods on sale somewhere? (If you don't mind me asking)...I'm dying for a video ipod, but feel guilty since by 20GB is still working fine...but for $170 off the guilt may be eased slightly..

online. The sale rack at the store closest to me is always picked over so I can never find whatever I want in my size.  If you order online there's free shipping for orders over $75- 78964161.

see my post in tech style (i guess i shoulda put it in a forum that got more traffic. eep!). i got a refurbished one through apple. their inventory fluctuates a lot, but if you check every so often, there's a video ipod or two (30gb or 60gb in black or white). free shipping, too!!
