craigslist help please!!

So I found a job on craigslist that sounds perfecto for me and I really want to respond to the listing early tomorrow (Monday).


BUT the only way to respond is to reply through craigslist.


So. . .how do I write the email?  Should I do it like a formal cover letter and attach my resume?  Or should I just say something like "Hi, I just read your listing for ___ job on craigslist and it sounds like it would be a great fit for me.  I'd like to find out more about your facility and perhaps submit my resume.  How can I contact you for further information?"


E-mail is so hard because I don't know what the conventions are for formality, etc.

I'd do the message requesting more information. I sound like a paranoid grandma, but you never know who's out there trying to get info on you!
