B:  FF Starbucks cinnamon cappucino, 2 pieces ww toast w/ PB and a bit of honey


L:  Bowl of homemade split pea soup, nectarine, water, cheese stick


S:  yogurt?


D:  ??? Not sure yet, nothing bad though


E:  50 minutes of pilates (w/my new DVD)!  Yay me!

Today was not so great...

Breakfast: Low fat ginger carrot muffin
Lunch: vegetarian restaurant - 3 boiled potstickers, tofu and eggplant, and brown rice
Snack: low-fat mint chocolate chip ice cream and 4 crackers
Dinner: lean cuisine deep dish pizza (these things are awesome!)

B: Banana and grapefruit juice (200)
L: Ranchero chicken taco and cinnamon twists (430)
S: Cookies and pepperoni stick (160)
D: thin crust pizza. Not exactly sure, but I know I ate more than I should have (800)

E: 20 min on treadmill (10 min mile, 10 min walk at 15% incline), lower body strength training, 30 min bike

I don't really eat 3 meals a day, which may explain some wonky labeling from here on out...

B: (Um, this is completely embarassing:) 1/2 an apple, a brownie, frosted mini wheats, and cheetos. Ugh!
L(?): a small japanese chocolate cake that a friend brought home from a trip, and a glass of milk
D: 2 wontons, 3 rolls with butter, potato chips, and half a hamburger

Can you see why I want to start being held accountable for my eating habits? Sigh.

this is horrid...


B: quaker oatmeal squares with light soy milk and gigantic bunch of grapes.


snacks: 3 dark chocolate kit kats, two handful cheeze doodles.


L: marinated ocean perch with brown rice and sauteed spinach w/garlic.


D: macaroni, turkey, and corn recipe that I'm almost sure is not good for you.


E: 30 min elliptical and weight training.

*sighs*

we were out with friends all day yesterday, redoing our living room, running errands, etc. i do not do well when i'm not maintaining some sort of normal eating schedule.

b - fiber cereal

s - granola bar

adl snack (because we didn't eat lunch until 3 p.m.) reese's pb cups (1 pack is 8 points)

dinner - we didn't have any

9 ginger snaps - (4.5 points)

10 rolls of smarties candy - 1 pt per two rolls

bleh. now i feel fat and mushy today. and i'm sore...we did a lot of physical work this weekend. hopefully that will balance out a bit of what i ate.

I'm going to hold myself accountable, even on the weekends.  *sigh*


B:  Egg beaters w/ leftover chicken, orange juice, coffee


L:  Ham sandwich on whole wheat bread w/ pesto and 1 slice cheese


D:  Sausage w/ mustard, asparagus, small red potato.  Strawberries w/ dip for dessert.


E:  I was at the mall for two hours walking around and trying on clothes.  I figure that's better than sitting on my ass, right?

I think writing down what I eat might help me control what I eat...

B: 100 calorie pack of teddy grahams
L: falafel sandwich with tahini sauce
S: one piece of cark carmel from ethels chocolate
D:2 pieces of deep dish spinach pizza
S: one scoop of low fat coffe icecream

L: black beans, corn cake, avocado, sour cream, cheese mixture (mainly black beans)


S: 100 calorie sun chips


D: couple small pieces calamari, 2 small pita wedges with hummus, couscous w/ steamed veggies


E: I'm with NCShopper on this one. Surely mall walking counts, right? Old people do it...
