I contacted Collette regarding an issue I'm going through (see eBay thread) and she called me to talk it over.  I just wanted to give a shoutout to her and let everyone know that she is such a sweetheart and one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of speaking to.  She really helped me to sort things out!  Thanks again Collette!
