I bought a pair of shoes and they are too small. They told me I had to return them and then they would issue a merchandise credit. Then I could repurchase the right size. So, I have to pay for shipping again? Does that sound right? I just paid to return them! That's like about $30! Anyone had this problem?

That sounds like how I understand it.  I want to exchange some of the sale shoes I got for a different pair and that's not even aloud!

I got to talk to some guy twice (for reassurance) and I told him they were on sale. He said to ship them back and he'd issue a merch. credit online and I would be able to purchase new shoes. I know I read that they said we couldn't return sale items. That's why I called twice to ask! I didn't get a chance to ask about paying for shipping again. That would suck because other companies don't make you do that if you exchanging for the same item. They better take them back. I just shipped them off this morning! I'm going to have to give them a thumbs down on their exchange policy....
