b - special k red. i'm going to the grocery store today for my fiber cereal!

s - bleh. didn't have my regular granola bars, so had to buy something else, 3 pts each, and I had three of them

l - ended up being chick fil a 8 pc nuggets. 6 points! i'm nearly at today's total already, and i don't want to have to be all good tonight. fortunately the last two days (when i started counting) have been v. good and i still have most of the 35 "cushion points".

d - ? am going out for a b-day celebration in atlanta. will def. have wine and have to be careful with my entree! *well, i'm pretty proud of myself. i had a salad for my appetizer, beef bourgignon (sp) for dinner but ate mostly the meat and not all the noodles, and skipped dessert. best of all, i only had about 2 glasses of wine overall.

ex - it's raining, so no in-line. i'd walk but don't have the time today. but i will be walking the mall, usually good for about 2 miles at least, so i guess that will have to do. :)

No exercise, i've declared Friday my rest day.

B: Smoothie (I'm telling you guys, you've got the try this recipe, it's delicious!) One banana, one cup of frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen cherries, one cup of soy milk, splenda to sweeten a little, blend it all up!  It's very filling and you get 3 fruit servings in!


L:  Stir fry with brown rice and grapes


D: Hamburgers and oven fries (can't wait!)


Exercise-I think I'm going to make Fridays my off day.

D:  chicken breast, corn/salsa/black beans, brown rice


E:  I'm also going to include shopping as my walking for the day .  Will stretch and do light legs/abs/arms tonight, too.

B: half a ww bagel w/ rf cream cheese, green tea, kahi go lean oatmeal


L: don't know yet.  either amy's organic lentil or salad if co-workers go out to lunch EDIT: I was soooo bad.  I ended up having a salad, but it h ad candied walnuts and gorgonzola on it.  Plus I ate a crepe with avocado, spinach, sundried tomato, and cheese. 


D: Sushi, I am craving for sashimi, hopefully that is low in calories?


E: none except the walk to and from the train station (about 12 blocks to and from)

S: Organic yogurt, green tea


L:  Veggie soup w/ cut up chicken breast in it, water


S: Pita chips and hummus


D:  Not sure yet.  I think we're going to do something with sausage, but I have to find a way to make it moderately healthy.


E:  45 min. walk

D: no clue - probably another pb sandwich (I need to go to the store this weekend); going out with friends tonight so I'm limiting the drinking to preferably none but at most 2 glasses of red wine

B: 1 c. oatmeal with skim milk & 1/4 c. raisins


L: Smoked pepper turkey sandwich on whole wheat from Alon's Bakery (pepper turkey w/sprouts,red onion, tomato and homeade mustard...I omitted the avocado and mayo)


S: grande caramel light frappucino (it's 180 calories. i've had a bad week. urgh...)


D: no clue...*le sigh*


E: 30 mins elliptical, 10 min ab workout


I'm having everything with green tea and water.

Breakfast:  1.5 cups coffee, Kashi GL Crunch w/ low fat ricotta cheese and phsyllium husks for more fiber


Snack:  Mango


Lunch:  Probably a 1/2 sandwich


Snack:  Satsuma and a small bag of Pirates Booty


Dinner:  Other 1/2 sandwich.


Exercise:  I'm resting my muscles today. 


Today could be trouble.  We are driving up to Vancouver for the Canucks vs. Oilers game.  The drive and game could completely bomb my acceptable calorie range.  I'm trying to plan ahead, but I have horrible self control when I get hungry in the car and a pit stop at McD's or nachos and beer at the game seem way more fun that a 1/2 sandwhich and an orange.

oy its only 12 and I've been a bad girl.


B: Kashi GLC with skim milk (better eyeballing today) 3pts


S: bacon and cheese kolache 4pts


L: none   2 hoodia chocolate chews (they do nothing for me but they taste like tootsie rolls).  I didn't pack one and my coworker is on the lemonade diet so I just have to make it till 3:30 when I can go home and eat. 


D: unsure right now.

Breakfast: Chocolates (300)
Lunch: Veggie Burger from The Counter (best place EVER) (I'm guessing about 900?)
Dinner: Pita Pizza and some crackers (400)
Dessert: Soy latte (120)

Total: 1720 (not so great! I try to stay around 1500)

l- grilled beef fajita salad-? no idea how many calories, it was lettuce, cheese, onion, and grilled fajita steak, and very little salad dressing
   Plus chips and salsa, but again, very few...maybe 10 total?


s- navel Orange- 75


d- boiled shrimp
    ww soup, which is 0 points, so i don't know how many calories it would have...


e- 30 min cardio 5 min abs
