lynnie:  I am usually a medium in shirts, and that's the size I got in the cami.  I am big busted, but it is a little blousy around the waist on me.  I got this mainly to wear layer under cardigans and sweaters, so I don't think that it will matter all that much.  The material is cotton; I am a bit concerned about washing it however.  At the edge where the trim meets the body of the shirt, the hem is not finished and the fabric may fray a little with wear.  I guess I'll wear it and see.  Hope that helps!
