STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

I paid the $15.95 shipping and had the only one sent to me (customer return)

and it fits TERRIBLY.  The bottom part isn't loose- its way too tight on my hips.  Just a poor fit.  But i want something similar- sort of a menswear cotton/drape, with a cool cut and maybe a placket like this (but doesn't have to be this).  I'd think somewhere like APC, but they don't have anything like this right now.  This brand is Japanese I think- any recs on other brands/stores that aren't too too expensive (under $300) that are more conceptual than "pretty" and may have something like this?
