Pilates DVD recs?
Permalink Closed

As much as I try to do my own pilates routine at home, I almost always get bored 3 exercises into it and quit.  I figure if I have something to follow along with I might be more apt to finish.

BUT, cheesy ladies in thong leotards are not my choice motivational tool .  Any recs of good, advanced pilates DVDs that do not contain cheese or thongs?

The windsor pilates series are great.

I like "Pilates for Dummies".  I got it at Sam's about three years ago.
