I'm getting obsessed with vintage dresses.


I'm sorry to be putting up a pic of the Sienna Miller wannabe again, but is this dress cute or too cutesy? I want to wear it with black riding boots and crochet tights.

ETA: the auction states that the dress is entirely too big for the model (who's a size 5/34A).

er....even for you, I think maybe it's too cutesy. Plus, it doesn't look all that flattering (at least on the model). I say nay.

I like it..especially if you do something to downplay the cutesy factor (like the outfit you described). I'm not crazy about the print, but I do love the color.

sorry i really think it's too cutesy.. and i think crochet tights would make it holly hobby.

if you wanted to make it less cutesy, i could see maybe a tailored jacet with the riding boots? maybe even solid tights in a non-black color?

It would be an unusual outfit, but I think it would be unusual in a funky way rather than a bad way. And since it's fun to be different, I say go for it as long as it's not very pricey!

I like it, but with solid tights. I think crocheted might be too much (than again, it might work...I'd have to see it- are they dark?)

 it might look to cutesy,but you might be able to pull it off.   I think I am on the fence about it, because if I  wore it I would look like a 12 year.

i'm leaning towards too cutesy. the print in itself is cute, but since the cut is so demure, it kind of looks like a grownup version of a child's dress.

I think it's too cutesy also.  I'm not really digging the background color either.  I think you could do better.
