I had a document mailed that was Global Express Guarenteed. It did not arrive on the day it was suppose to. I called and got the information of the processing center of where it was at, along with the tracking numbe I was to give the center. I called first thing in the morning and here, fed ex gave me the wrong tracking number and the processing center could not find my package. Now the person who needed the document has left the country. I am furious. I paid 40 dollars for a document to be mailed. And now i spoke to a manager and she was SOOO RUDe to me, and all she could do was tell me it will take 3-5 days to see if I get my money back. Oh and the person that needs the document, that they never recieved... well they are just out of luck!!!!!!!!!!
I will never use them again. It was the worst customer service i ever recieved

i get packages shipped from work from all three carriers (DHL, UPS and FedEx). yesterday, i actually happened to be home when the FedEx person came to my door. i opened the door and she asked if she was at my street address. i said yes and then she said "oh good, i have a package for you. wait here and i'll be right back."
a few minutes later, she comes back. she says "oh, you'll have to sign for this" which surprised me b/c i never sign for any of my packages. my work doesn't do this b/c they know we are all out on the road 95% of the time. then i look at the package. it isn't for me and it isn't anywhere near where she needs to be. i point it out and give it back to her. she then dissapears again for a few minutes and finally comes back with the right package.
*sigh* i just can't believe that she was that bad at her job... and during the holidays i can't imagine her job is easy. but still.....
