I ordered a purse on bluefly last Thursday and I paid the $16 for two day shipping. The bag still hasn't arrived, and I just checked the DHL (yes, ugh, horrible) tracking number and it looks like it's still in transit. Should I complain to bluefly?
their site says that if you place an order by noon, 2-day delivery should get to you within 2-3 business days. if you don't get it tomorrow, i'd send them a pissed-off e-mail
