Has anyone ever had a bad (or good) experience returning 9 West shoes before to them? I bought a pair of boots on 11/10 and haven't had a chance to return them to the store. They said 30 days from delivery date (which was 12/16). Do you think I'll be okay? The receipt shows the order date but not the delivery date. I was thinking of going in and saying the delivery date was 11/19 - is this feasible? I feel so bad, but oh well! __________________ tk

Did they come from Nine West directly? Seems like they could see when they were delivered to you. Or the store could verify that you just got them? I don't think you should be penalized because it ook them forever to ship, right?
